E3 Ventures, Inc. was organized in 1993 by William G. Rosenberg, former Assistant Administrator in the Office of Air and Radiation in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and other key former EPA regulators and professional staff. The objectives of E3 Ventures are to:
- Assist companies in developing strategic environmental policies to meet core business objectives and public policy goals;
- Facilitate adoption of market-based environmental strategies by government regulators that can be supported by both progressive companies and environmental advocates; and
- Commercialize innovative environmental services and products used to cost effectively meet clean air requirements.
E3 Ventures works closely with clients to develop strategic positions that go beyond compliance with environmental regulations to take advantage of opportunities to increase revenues, demonstrate environmental leadership and improve competitiveness.
